Barbara A. Motter, 78, of Owego, NY passed away on Tuesday, February 9, 2021. Mrs. Motter was predeceased by her husband, James Motter, Jr. She is survived by her children and their spouses, James and Cindy Motter, Chris Goodrich, Mark and Sarah Motter; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Barbara loved animals and volunteered as an animal rehabilitor. The thing that brought her most joy in life was time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Barbara Motter's memory to Stray Haven, 194 Shepherd Road, Waverly, NY 14892.
