Kelly Rae Miller, 56, of Owego, NY passed away March 2, 2021. She was born January 8, 1965 in Johnson City, NY to James A. Miller and Barbara A. Coulter. Kelly is survived by her siblings and their spouses, Kevin and Karen Miller, Karen Miller, Kim Miller, and Keith and Bettina Miller; several nieces and nephews, aunts and cousins.
