Obituary of Nancy Carolyn Corlett

Nancy Corlett, 87, of Apalachin, NY went to be with the Lord on Friday, July 9, 2021. Nancy was born on October 7, 1933 in New Brusnwick, NJ, the daughter of Paul Snyder and Orpha Alden Creager. She graduated from Douglas College (Rutgers) with a BA in Philosophy and History. For many years she was the organist and choir director in various churches, giving occasional recitals, and taught piano and organ. She was ordained a Minister of Gospel in 1983 and later earned a Master's Degree and a Doctorate in Biblical Studies, both summa cum laude. She was on staff and faculty of Pinecrest Bible School for several years, and was the author of numerous Bible Studies articles and booklets. After retirement she was active in AGLOW INTERNATIONAL, serving on the Board of the Binghamton Lighthouse, leading prayer and teaching Bible Studies. Her husband, Richard predeceased her. She is survived by five children, ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Graveside services for Nancy will be held on Monday, July 12, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. at the Salisbury Rural Cemetery, Salisbury, NY. A Life Celebrations service will be announced in the near future.
