Obituary of Kathleen A. Kersat

Kathleen “Cappy” Kersat, 83, passed away on Sunday, November 2, 2014. Predeceased by her husband, Herbert Kersat; son, Kevin Kersat; sister and brother-in-law, Sharon and Mario Lozzi; sister-in-law, Alice Boland. She is survived by four sons and daughters-in-law, Jamie Kersat, Stephen Kersat and his fiancee, Sharon Coleman, Christopher and Theresa Kersat, Casey and Laurie Kersat; two daughters and sons-in-law, Karyn and Stephen Volpicelli, Stacie and Heath Robinson; nine grandchildren, Ashley Moore, Hillary, Gabrielle, Mallary and Amelia Robinson, Kaitlyn, Ethan and McKenna Kersat, Rebecca Kersat; four great-grandchildren, Abbey, Cameron, Brynn Moore, Grant Robinson; brother, James Boland; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Rosemary and Nick Holobosky, Judy and Louis DeSantis; several nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends Saturday from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park st., Owego. Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
