Roxanne Smith, 59, of Apalachin passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at Our Lady of Lourdes in Binghamton. Roxanne was predeceased by her parents, John and Mary Welch. She is survived by her sister, Barbara Slocum of PA; and companion, Rob Cook of Apalachin. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego, NY with Rev. Jeremy Ludmark officiating. Friends are invited to call from 10 to 10:45 AM prior to the service.
