Willma M. Crandall, 69, of Owego went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, February 23, 2022. Willma was predeceased by her parents, William and Harriette Parker; husband, Michael Crandall; her sisters and brothers in law: Ruth and Roger Brown, Donald Keener and Doris Singer. Willma is survived by her children: Jody Crandall and Annette Wallace, her sisters and brothers in law: Bonnie Keener, Sharon and Joe Cardinale, Toni and Phil Scarinzi, and her grandchildren: Tina (Jim), Harriette, Justin, Toni Jo and Michael; great granddaughter Sabrina; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 4, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. at the Living Water Baptist Church, 1405 Taylor Road, Owego, NY. Services will be live streamed. Click on Willma's obituary.
