Roy F. Black, 63, of Willseyville, NY passed away Saturday, May 7, 2022. Roy was predeceased by his parents, Malinda Foltz, Arnold Black; two brothers, Tim Black and Ronald Fagon. Roy is survived by his step-son, Joey Augustyniak, of Angola, NY; two sisters, Kathy Black, of Owego, Marian McDermott, of Binghamton; nieces, Tammy (Frank) Swansbrough, Willseyville, NY, Kristine Kany, of Binghamton, NY; two nephews, Jimmy Paradis, of Owego, David Chapel, of Endicott, NY; several great-nieces and great-nephews. Roy lived in Kissimmee, Florida for 30 years where he retired as a maintenance supervisor after 25 years of service. Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 16th at 2:00 p.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego with the Rev. Phil Jordan, officiating. Burial will follow in the Tioga Cemetery, Owego, NY. Condolences may be made to Roy's family at www.emfaheyfuneralhome.com.
