Carol Ann Osterhout, 80, of Spencer, NY passed away Sunday, November 6, 2022. Carol was predeceased by her parents, Hugh and Dorothy Allen; husband, Frank Osterhout. She is survived by her four children and their spouses, Melanie and Ed Hilbert, Shawna and Dave Hackett, Tammy Conklin and Kevin Boardman, Melissa Mitchell; eight grandchildren, Stephanie (Gary), EJ, Christopher, Carolann, Christy, Chloe, Thomas, Joshua; numerous great-grandchildren; brother and sister in law, Robert and Conni Allen; several nieces and nephews. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. The family is being assisted by the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home.
