Julie M. Perkins, 51, of Owego passed away Monday, May 1, 2023 at home surrounded by her family. Julie was predeceased by her father, Neil Wagner; infant son, Abraham Perkins. She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Richard Perkins; two sons and daughter-in-law, Palmer Perkins, Gabriel and Becca Perkins; daughter, Sarah Perkins; her mother, Betty Wagner; two brothers and sister-in-law, Jeff and Marie Wagner, Jimmy Wagner; sister, Lorie Wagner; several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the United Methodist Church, 261 Main St., Owego, NY. Burial will follow in the Broadway Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego, NY.
