Marie L. Ward, 74, of Owego, NY passed away Friday, May 19, 2023 at Mercy House of the Southern Tier. Marie was born in Endicott, NY to the late Francis Edward Ward and Arlene MarieAyers. Along with her parents, Marie was predeceased by her sister, Jennifer "Jennie" Cron; two brothers, Joseph Ward, Mark Ward. Marie is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, William "Willie" and Nancy Leach; daughter, Michelle Ward; several grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Andrea William, Karen Ward; several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Services are pending and will be announced when completed. Memorial contributions may be made to Mercy House of the Southern Tier, Friends of the Owego Evergreen Cemetery or the Owego Historical Society.
