Douglas O. Fitch, 74, passed away Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at the Absolut Center in Endicott, NY. Doug was born in Elmira, NY to the late Robert and Geraldine Fitch. He was predeceased by his brother-in-law, Kenneth Tuller. Doug is survived by his wife, Kathleen Fitch; sister, Sylvia Tuller; nephews, Timothy Tuller and his wife Hayley, Gary Tuller; niece, Lisa Vandeplas and her husband Anton. Doug was a Vietnam War Veteran and worked as a Line Assembly Worker for the National Cash Register in Ithaca, NY. Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 8, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 137 Main Street, Candor, NY 13743. Burial of cremains will follow in the Woodlawn National Cemetery, Elmira, NY with Military Honors. The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:15 a.m. at the funeral home.
