Karen Ann Harper, 68, of Owego, New York unexpectedly passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at home. Karen is survived by her husband of 27 years, Francis Harper; two sons; several stepchildren, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. In honoring Karen's wishes there will be no public services. The family is being assisted by the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home.
