Obituary of Louise T. Keeler

Louise Theresa Keeler, nee Bock, 87, left us quietly and peacefully on March 15 after living with a stroke for over a year. She and husband Donald danced, cruised, and traveled the world for 66 years of a joyful marriage. She leaves behind three children; Donna, (Bill) Jill (Cindy) & Drew (Theresa), five grandchildren; Jacqueline, Matthew (Andrea), Nicholas, Gregory (Brandy) and Jennifer . She also leaves two great-grandchildren, Olivia and Owen. She was a most kind, generous, and thoughtful wife, mother, grandmother and friend. The family sends a heartfelt Thank You to the staff at Riverview Manor Nursing home for providing her with such special care during her stay there. Louise's Lavender Patch has lost its caretaker. In her memory, practice random acts of kindness and generosity as often as possible. A celebration of Louise’s life will be held on Friday, March 20th at 2:00 p.m. at the Estey, Munroe Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego. The family will receive friends Friday from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. prior to the services at the funeral home.
