Fredric "Fred" S. Williams, 77, of Tioga Center, New York, passed away Monday, July 22, 2024. Fred was born in Owego, NY to the late Eugene and Daisy Williams. Along with his parents, Fred was predeceased by three brothers, Gary Williams, Robert Williams, Andrew Williams; granddaughter, Amy Williams. Fred is survived by his wife of 54 years, Sally Williams; two daughters and son-in-law, Carol Johnston, Karen and Robert Zetzsche; son and daughter-in-law, Fred and Jerusa Williams; grandchildren, Dustie Shipman, Cindy Williams, Sandy Williams, Ashley Brought, Patrick Zetzsche, Nicholas Zetzsche, Zachary Zetzsche, Kaylee Williams, Jarom, Williams, Levi Williams; 13 great-grandchildren with another on it's way; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Frank and Ruth Williams, John and Jennifer Williams, Barbara Dixon; sister, Jackie McDonald; several nieces and nephews. Fred was a Vietnam Veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a forklift operator with National Pipe and Plastics, Vestal, NY. Fred was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. The family will receive friends Friday August 2, 2024 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 430 Montrose Turnpike, Owego, NY. Private graveside services will be held at the Tioga Cemetery, Owego, NY. Condolences may be made to Fred's family at www.emfaheyfuneralhome.com.
