James C. Weaver, 58, of Candor, NY passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2015. James was predeceased by his parents, Donald, Sr. and Ada Charlotte (Moore) Weaver. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-aw, Heather R. and Brian Stouffer; grandchildren, Wyatt, Kathryn and Meradyth; siblings, Donald “Fred” Weaver, Jr. and Lori Espe, Patricia A. and Eric Halstead, Dewitt Jay Weaver and Kari Kendall, Deborah S. and Kenneth Smutny, Jo Anne and Jeffrey Robbins, Dale A. Weaver; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 137 Main St., Candor, NY 13743 with the Rev. Phil Jordan, officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday from 12:00 Noon to 12:45 p.m. prior to the services at the funeral home. Condolences may be made to the Weaver Family at www.emfaheyfuneralhome.com.
