Obituary of Harry Eli Richardson

Harry E. Richardson, III, of Owego, passed away on his 57th birthday, May 4, 2015. His family will miss his stories, jokes, advice, hugs, and listening to him play guitar and sing. We are heartbroken that there will be no more marathon phone calls or family brunches at the Treadway. Harry attended Owego Free Academy where he spent most of his time in the art room. Of all the jobs he had, working at Magnetic Labs during his heyday was his favorite, and he always spoke fondly of the friends he had made there. His favorite pastimes were traveling to Nashville with his wife, Karen, and visiting with his grandson, William. He was musically and Mechanically inclined with a special affinity for stringed instruments and anything with an engine. His is a tremendous loss to our little family. How will we ever do without him? “I’d like to thank you for the years you’ve given me. Without your love and friendship, Who knows where I’d be? Being with you these years has always been enough.
