Clarissa "Peggy" Coll, 87, passed away Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at the Riverview Manor Nursing Facility. Peggy was born in Guernsey, Wyoming to the late Guy and Doris Neal. She was predeceased by her brother, Willis "Wish" Neal. Peggy worked many years at the Smoke Shop in Owego. Services are pending and will be announced in a couple of weeks.
