Richard Watson, 76, died Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at the Riverview Manor Nursing Facility. Richard was born in Binghamton, New York to the late, Franklin and Maxine Watson. He is survived by his sister, Priscilla Carlsen, brother and sister-in-law, Ronald and Barbara Watson; several nieces and nephews. Services will be held privately.
