William P. “Billy” Cornett, 43, passed away unexpectedly, Wednesday, December 2, 2015. Billy was predeceased by his parents, Lonard and Tammy Cornett. He is survived by his siblings, Michael, Lonard, David, Robert and Patrick Cornett, Lisa Mills, Lori Wilford; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 7, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego. The family will receive friends Monday from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. prior to the services at the funeral home. Condolences may be made to Billy’s family at www.emfaheyfuneralhome.com.
