Nancy H. Williams, 83, of Owego passed away on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 by her husband’s side at home. Nancy was predeceased by her parents James and Louise Hickey; sister, Mary DeLeons; brother, James Hickey, Jr. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Donald F. Williams; two sisters, Louise Bragg, Joan McClure; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 11, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego with the Rev. Thomas Valenti, Officiating. Burial will follow in St. Patrick’s Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in Nancy’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000 Dept 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908.
