Obituary of Neil H. Cortright

Neil H. Cortright, 83, of Newark Valley, passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2016. Neil was predeceased by his wife of 52 years, Donna Cortright; brother, Carl Cortright, two sisters, Doris Bosley, Juanita Sherwood. He is survived by his children and their spouses, Barbara and Richard Casselbury, Carl and Carmen Cortright, William Cortright, Vicky and Timothy Gillow, Brenda Ellis; eight grandchildren, Nicole, Scott, Carl, William, Jeremy, Brittany, Zachery, Abbey; five great-grandchildren; sister, Kathleen Lane; special care provider, Melinda (Robin) Wright; several nieces and nephews. Neil was born and raised in Tioga County. He owned and operated Cortright Trucking of Newark Valley. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 26, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego. Burial will follow in the Vestal Hills Memorial Park.
