Alfred “Butch” Sibley, 72, passed away on Friday, June 17, 2016. Butch was predeceased by his parents, Birchard and Bernice Sibley; brother, Patrick Sibley. He is survived by his daughter, Julie; four grandchildren; six siblings; Stanley, Lee, Michelene, Charles, Jeffrey; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Butch was a Vietnam Veteran of the U.S. Army and retired from the Village of Owego. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego, NY. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. prior to services at the funeral home. Condolences may be made to Butch’s family at www.emfaheyfuneralhome.com.
