Vera Mae Doehring,nee Mantei, born August 7, 1930 in Steele, North Dakota passed away on September 6, 2016. She attended Owego Free Academy and spent the majority of her life in Owego, NY. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Doehring, Sr. and her brother, Chester Mantei. Vera is survived by her sons, Dana Lee Williams, Michael Alan Thomas and Kevin Scott Thomas. She had six grandchildren, Benjamin Jesse Williams, Matthew Jackson Williams, Aaron Scott Thomas, Joshua Harrison Thomas, Hannah Mae Thomas and Rebecca Renee Thomas. She also had one great-grandchild, Amara Williams Graveside services will be held on September 14, 2016 at 10:30 am at the Tioga Cemetery, Owego, NY.
