James M. Ritter, 34, of Newark Valley passed away unexpectedly, Thursday, September 8, 2016. Jim was predeceased by his father, Michael Ritter. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Bobbi Jo and Allen Malone; along with his extended family. Jim was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 19, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. at the Bath National Cemetery, San Juan Avenue, Bath, NY.
