Jay W. Hutchings, 68, of Owego passed away on Monday, December 26, 2016. Jay is survived by his wife of 40 years, Judith Fleming; two brothers and sister-in-law, Carl and Linda Hutchings, Jon (Lynn) Hutchings; several nieces and nephews. Jay was employed by the Loaves & Fishes of Tompkins County, a community kitchen in Ithaca, NY. Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home.
