Obituary of Beverly O. Tiffany

Beverly O'Neill Tiffany, of Owego passed away peacefully at the Riverview Manor Nursing Home on March 14, 2017. She was born in Owego, NY on August 9, 1928. She was predeceased by her husband of 55 years, Frederick; her brother Hugh Jr. (Bud); her parents, Hubert and Leona O'Neill; and her step-son, Danny. Beverly was an active and devoted Lifelong Member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church serving in many capacities including Altar Guild and Vestry Clerk. She was also a Devoted Life Member of the Ladies Auxiliary of American Legion Post 401 as an Officer and volunteer on many projects. Mom loved plants, flowers, birds, cold beer, her years spent at Lake Timberline, and her family. She will be missed by all. Beverly is survived by her three children and their spouses; Stephen (Janet), Jeffrey (Susanne), and Debra Standinger (Bill); her daughter-in-law, Elaine Tiffany; her grandchildren, Stephen Jr. (Marika), Jonathan (Melissa), Zachary, Katy, Sarah, Mary, Malinda, Mike (Michele); several great-grandchildren; her brother-in-law, Dick Tiffany; and nieces and nephews. The Family would like to thank the staff at Riverview for the care and compassion shown our mother during her stay there. Funeral services will be held at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 117 Main St., Owego on Monday, March 20 at 10:00 am. The family will receive friends at Estey, Munroe, and Fahey Funeral Home on Sunday, March 19 from 5 to 7 pm. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to St. Paul's Episcopal Church.
