Obituary of Joseph Bulger

Joseph P. Bulger, 69, of Dryden passed away on Sunday, April 16, 2017. Joseph was born December 17, 1947 in Willseyville, NY to the late, Patrick and Phyllis (Mawhinney) Bulger. Besides his parents, Joe was predeceased by two brothers, Mike and Timothy Bulger; sister, Patricia Hallett. He is survived by his two daughters, Jodi Godfrey, Beth Bulger; three grandchildren, Jordan Brown, Levi Balzer and his fiancé, Hilarie Saxbury, Keegan Bulger; two sisters, Susan Ferris, Erin Mix; brother, Kevin Bulger; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Joe was a member of HHC 1st BN, 7th Cav, 1st Cav Division during the Vietnam War and retired from Cornell Mail Service. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 137 Main St., Candor, NY with the Rev. Phil Jordan, officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday from 5 to 6:45 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the services at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made in Joseph P.
