Obituary of Veronica N. Foster

Veronica Nicole Foster, 38, of Candor, Passed away unexpectedly on April 13, 2014. She was born to Bradley Foster Sr.. Veronica graduated from Candor High school and went on to work for Cornell University for the past 20 years. Veronica is survived by her children, Allyson Ferris (16), and Jaymison Ferris (9) and their father John Ferris. She was also survived by her siblings, Miki Foster (Mike), Tanya Kunzman (Dan), Bradley Foster Jr. (Krysti), Brent Foster (Stephanie), Deb Hover, Karen Harvey (Dave), Steven Mojica (Barry), and Chana Perkins; along with many nieces and nephews whom she cherished. Veronica was a member of the Candor American Legion Aux. Post 907. Veronicas enthusiasm for life was something to envy. When she became a mother her entire world was about her babies. She enjoyed her time spent with family and friends. She lit up the room when she entered. Her smile and laugh were infectious and she had one liners for every occasion. She loved to dance and if she wanted you on the dance floor you didn't have a choice. She would attempt karaoke and had everyone laughing at her "pitchy" singing voice. A friend for life, a beautiful soul, she is now dancing her way to her final resting place. Join us as we celebrate Veronica's well lived life at the Candor American Legion on Friday Apr. 18th at 12PM for a memorial service followed by a time of fellowship and refreshments. An educational fund will be set up for the children with donations to be mailed to Miki Foster, 199 Owego St., Candor, NY 13743.
