Obituary of Harold A. Naber

Harold A. Naber, 77, of Barton passed away on Sunday, July 13, 2014 at Robert Packer Hospital. Harold is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Anita; his children, Kevin (Terri) Naber of GA, Eric (Karen) Naber of CO, and Cassie Milligan of NJ; grandchildren, Ryan, Alex, and Nicole; along with two brothers, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He retired from NYC Corrections as a Deputy Warden after over 20 years of service and has been a resident of Barton for over 30 years. After his retirement he owned and operated his own trucking company, worked for Sears, and was a shuttle bus driver for Tioga Downs. He was a proud Marine and was a member of the Marine Corp League. He will be missed by his many friends and family. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at 11:00 am at Nichols Methodist Church, 59 Main St., Nichols with Rev. Dan Martin officiating. Memorial donations may be made to charity of one’s choice, one that symbolizes your connection with Harold.
