Carol A. Kilmer, 73, of Owego, passed away on Saturday, August 3, 2019. She was predeceased by her husband, Lawrence; and siblings David and Ruth Tuthill. She is survived by her sons, William Kilmer and Robert Kilmer and one grandson Jackson. In honoring Carol’s wishes there will be no calling hours.
