Mary E. Conklin, 89, of Owego passed away on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at the Riverview Manor Nursing Home. Mary was predeceased by her parents, Walter and Katherine (McDonald) Conklin. She is survived by her two sisters, Martha Conklin, Ruth Planinashek; special niece, Lynda Buck; several nieces and nephews. Private burial will take place in the Tioga Cemetery, Owego, New York.
